Another Day
This CD comprises of 10 original tracks.
We tried to write songs we would enjoy singing, and that other people might like listening to. No set method or style - other than that the songs had to work well with just acoustic guitar and voices - so that we could do them live in our acoustic sets.
We are from jazz/blues backgrounds so we like things to be live and organic.
No computers or click tracks were used. The rhythm track and vocals were recorded
live first - usually together. Once we had a basic track with the right feel,
we did live overdubs to add whatever else the track needed.
The whole thing was done at a relaxed pace over a few months in various front rooms, extensions, and garages, with many alterations and amendments.
We are pleased with the results - hope someone out there likes it too. Let us know.
